Recipe: Tasty Gnocchbokki

Gnocchbokki. Great recipe for Pork & Beef Larb. One is Cambodian, the other is Laotian. I asked them, what makes your larb diff from the other?

Gnocchbokki It's made with cassava flour so it has a chewy texture. Figured I could use it to make tteokbokki! You can have Gnocchbokki using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Gnocchbokki

  1. Prepare Half of a bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi.
  2. You need 6 of frozen dumplings.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of gochujang.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of gochugaru.
  5. You need 2 cups of chicken broth (or anchovy kelp broth if you have it).
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of cornstarch.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of sugar.
  8. You need 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
  9. You need of Green onions.
  10. It's of Sesame seeds.

Gnocchbokki instructions

  1. Pan fry or boil the gnocchi and dumplings. Set aside..
  2. Combine the gochujang, gochugaru, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside..
  3. Add chicken broth to same pan and boil on medium-high heat. Stir in the paste from step 2 and dissolve. (I used about half of the paste bc I like spicy but not too spicy!).
  4. Add ingredients from step 1 back to the pan and the green onions. Stir in the cornstarch to make the sauce thick..
  5. Turn off the heat, add your slice of cheese and some sesame seeds. Enjoy!.
