- You need 1 lb of hot (spicy) breakfast sausage.
- It's 1 of med yellow onion.
- Prepare 4 cloves of garlic.
- Prepare 1 cup of GRATED parmesan.
- You need 32 oz of white button mushrooms.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of white wine.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of pepper.
- You need 1 of egg YOLK.
- You need 8 oz of softened cream cheese.
Stuffed Mushrooms instructions
- Brown Sausage -making into fine crumbles then set aside on a plate to cool. Don't wash the pan..
- Rinse mushrooms and pop out stems. Keep separate and set both aside..
- Finely chop the garlic and onion..
- Finely chop the stems and set aside (keep separate from onion/garlic).
- Cook onion and garlic in the unwashed pan for 2-3 minutes..
