  5. You need 1/2 cup of milk.
  6. Prepare 1 of tortilla shells.
  7. You need 2 cup of cooking oil (I use canola).
  8. You need 1 of Your favorite taco toppings.

Fried Fish Tacos step by step

  1. Heat cooking oil to 400°.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°.
  3. Mix egg and milk and set aside.
  4. Season fish with lemon pepper to taste and coat with egg mixture.
  5. Then coat with breading.
  6. Fry fish until golden and flaky.
  7. Once fish is done, remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
  8. Heat tortilla shells for 5 minutes.
