Stovetop Grilled Mint Flatbreads

Ingredients :

  • Mix yogurt, bitter cream, and olive oil collectively in a separate bowl; stir in dried mint. Pour over flour combination and blend with a wood spoon till well-mixed.
  • Turn dough out onto a well-floured work surface. Knead dough till clean and elastic, dusting with flour till it is now not sticky, 8 to ten mins. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and permit it rest, about 10 mins.
  • Divide dough into 6 small balls and roll each piece out into a skinny circle.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-excessive heat. Brush with vegetable oil. Carefully switch one flatbread into the recent skillet. Cook till backside side is golden brown and barely charred, approximately 1 minute. Brush raw aspect with oil and flip. Cook until golden, approximately 30 seconds. Transfer to serving dish.
