2 cups frozen Southwest combined vegetables (corn, black beans, pink peppers)
1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 (10 ounce) can purple enchilada sauce
1 1/four cups water
1 1/four cups shredded Mexican mixture cheese
