  1. It's 1 bunch of Ramen.
  2. You need 1 of Tinned Sweetcorn.
  3. You need 1 of Tinned Mushroom Soup.
  4. Prepare 2 of Eggs.
  5. You need 4 of Mushrooms.
  6. Prepare 4 of Spring Onions.

Mushroom Ramen Noodles step by step

  1. Chop mushrooms, spring onions. Heat a frying pan with oil. Cook mushrooms for 6mins..
  2. Add spring onions & sweetcorn to the pan. Cook till mushrooms are done. Set aside for now..
  3. Boil a pan of water & add the 2 eggs. Cook for 3/4mins. Then add the ramen noodles. Cook till ramen noodles are almost done..
  4. Remove the eggs & set aside for now. Drain the noodles & place back in pan..
  5. Add mushroom soup, sweetcorn, mushrooms & spring onions. Cook till soup is well mixed & hot. Keep stirring while cooking to prevent any sticking..
  6. Grate some cheese. Peel the eggs & cut in half. Pour ramen soup into a serving bowl. Top with cheese & place the eggs on top..
  7. Place the bowl in the middle of the table. grab a bowl full & enjoy!.
