- It's 1 head of cauliflower.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Prepare 2 tsp of garlic powder.
- You need of salt.

Roasted Cauliflower step by step
- Preheat oven to 390°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil..
- In a bowl or zip lock bag, combine olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper..
- Remove all the leaves from the cauliflower and cut into small florets..
- Toss the cauliflower with your oil and spices mixture until well coated (this step is why I like to use a bag)..
- Lay coated cauliflower on prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven (center of oven, preferably)..
- Roasting time will depend on floret size, but you want them to be fork tender. Probably 20-30 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through. (If using purple cauliflower, 16 minutes is better)..
- Splash with lemon juice before serving if desired..
