  8. You need 1 of tomatoe ,diced.
  9. It's 1 of cucumber ,chopped.
  10. You need 1 1/2 of jalapeños,chopped.
  11. You need 1/2 large of onion, chopped.

  1. Heat pan on med high heat and Drizzle olive oil in pan..
  2. Season fish with lemon juice and seasoning of choice and place fish in hot olive oil cooked fish till seated on both sides and cooked through.
  3. Dice veggies and and mix with lime,olive oil & pepper/salt. Taste test!!.
  4. Heat tortillas on a hot skillet keep an eye careful not to burn! !.
