Ingredients of Kimchi Fried Ramen
- You need of NOODLE OPTION.
- You need 3 packages of Any ramen /instant noodle or any noodle.
- It's 150 grams of kimchi.
- Prepare 4 of egg.
- You need 2 of deseeded Red chili pepper.
- Prepare 2 of deseeded green chili pepper.
- Prepare 1 bunch of spring onion.
- You need 1 bunch of fresh coriander leaf optional.
- It's 3 tbsp of oil.
- It's of POUNDED PASTE.
- Prepare 4 of pounded garlic.
- Prepare 4 of pounded shallot.
- You need of SEASONING.
- Prepare 1 dash of salt and pepper.
- It's 2 tbsp of light soy sauce.
Kimchi Fried Ramen instructions
- COOK RAMEN.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil then add ramen/instant noodle and let it simmer for 3 full minute then drain set aside.
- Pound garlic and shallot then set aside.
- KIMCHI RAMEN.
- Oil in pan sauté pounded paste till fragrance then add cooked ramen with kimchi and eggs.
- Once egg start to set then stir fry to mix and add seasoning.
- Add spring onion and chili pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute till ramen are dry and lightly brown at the bottom.
- Off heat and serve.
