- Prepare 2 of Instant Miso Ramen *include Noodles and Soup & Seasoning Sachets.
- It's 2-3 of Cabbage Leaves.
- Prepare 5 cm of Carrot *cut into thin strips.
- It's 100-150 g of Thinly Sliced Pork.
- It's 2 of Spring Onion.
- Prepare of Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix).
- You need of *Suggested additional ingredients: Shiitake, Shimeji, Beansprouts, Bok Choy, Garlic Chives, etc.

- Cut all Vegetables and Pork into the size that is easy to eat..
- Place Water, Carrot and Cabbage in a large saucepan or pot, and bring to the boil..
- Once boiling, add Instant Ramen Noodles. When Noodles are half cooked, add Pork and Spring Onion, then add Soup and Seasoning. Cook until Pork is cooked and Noodles are soft..
- Sprinkle with Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) and enjoy immediately..
